Jon Booker combines vibrant color schemes with intense images to create what he calls his Release Technique. Growing up has exposed him to many influences that have helped shape his creations today, including traveling. From Israel to Seattle, and his current residency in Texas, Jons travels have introduced him to some of the worlds most historic and beautiful pieces and places of art. These destinations have also led to his inception with the world of graffiti.

Graffiti wasnt the only new pick up in Jons life. In the early 90s Jon found a new identity by the name of Slie. This pen name merged his love for graffiti with his passion for abstract art to create masterpieces on wood and canvases. In combination with his knowledge of lettering and colors from the world of graffiti and his creativity stemming from his abstract art background, Jon has been able to continually fine tune his "Release Technique" which he hopes you enjoy.
