What payment methods does Shoptits.com accept?
Shoptits.Com allows you to enter credit card information directly using network solutions or use Paypal's shopping cart system to accept credit card and bank payments. You will be prompted by PayPal to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through. If you have or choose to create a Paypal account, returning purchases to Shoptits.com or to any websites that accepts Paypal payments as well as eBay auctions can be done in a few clicks. Paypal eBay owned company with industry leading security to protect your financial info.

Is there a way to ship my items so that I do not have to pay custom fees?
Unfortunately custom fees are out of our hands, and we do not provide a shipping method that would exclude incurring these fees.


Can your items be shipped as a gift?
Unfortunately because we are an online shop, we are unable to ship items as a gift.


Is Shoptits.com a retail store?
We are currently only an online store with office and warehouse in Renton, Washington. No retail locations, but we are carried in a variety of stores, shops and boutiques around he world.


What is the exchange policy?
You can only exchange your shirt for another size of the same exact shirt. Keep in mind that you will have to pay for shipping (the cost of shipping the item to us, and the cost of us shipping the item back to you.) Be sure to check the website to make sure your requested shirt and size is in stock, and email us ahead of time so that we can set the shirt aside for you. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO EXCHANGE A SHIRT OUT FOR ANOTHER ONE! .

What's the difference between a regular fit and premium fit tee?
A premium fit tee is made from a softer and higher quality cotton that has a more fitted look and feel.


I am having problems ordering from shoptits.com, what can I do?
You can place an order over the phone, an order through email (we will send you an invoice via paypal), money order. In all scenarios, we recommend that you email us first so we can ensure we have your item in stock, and can set it aside for you. All emails can be addressed to onlineshop@twointheshirt.com.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX


I have not received my package, what can I do?
If you do not receive your package, you should look up it’s current status by entering in your tracking number on USPS.com. If you do not have your tracking number, you can email us at onlineshop@twointheshirt.com requesting this information. Please provide us with your order number so that we are able to look up you tracking number. Once we ship your items, we are unable to do anything about your package, and it is in the hands of USPS. We always suggest that you choose the option for shipping insurance just in case your package does not make it to you. More information can be found here and here.


How do I file a claim for a lost package?
Email us at onlineshop@twointheshirt.com explaining the situation and providing us with your order number. We will than contact the shipping company and provide you with the necessary files for starting your claim.


I just placed my order, when how long until it is shipped?
We ship within 24 hours during business days (excluding Sat and Sun) unless there is a backorder then we will contact you and wait for your response. If we don't hear a response within 5 business days we will ship all items in stock and refund you for any missing items. Orders that are placed after 9am PST run the risk of being shipped the following day.
