SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS based on your available shipping options on the site. Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within 2-3 business days business days.

Priority: 2-5 business days
Express: 1-2 business days
UPS SHIPPING METHODS
Ground: 3-5 business days (depending on location)
3-day Select: 3 business days
2-day Select: 3 business days

*Be aware that all one day shipping methods (Express, Next Day Shipping) must have all billing and shipping information confirmed before they are shipped. It is best to make sure that your billing and shipping address are the same, a valid phone number is given and respond promptly to any emails we send you regarding verification.

FREE SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING may apply during special promotions throughout the year. Please subscribe to our email blasts and social media for upcoming announcements of when this is available. All orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
An extra $2.35 applies for orders that require signature confirmation
POSTER PRINTS
Must be shipped separately from the rest of the order within it’s own poster tube. For international orders, a separate postage fee will be applied (price depends on destination). It is recommended that you place a separate order for international poster orders.
HATS/CAPS
Hats are shipped within a medium flat rate box to help prevent damage from occurring during the shipping process. This is why an extra handling charge is applied to all hat orders.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
$2.80 per $100 for US orders and $5.65 pr $100 for international orders. More detailed information about the shipping policy can be found here and here.

Please use Paypal for all international transactions. All orders that are placed with a credit card will not be processed.
NOTE TO ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: All orders to Australia may experience longer than usual hold times due to customs (typically a month). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact your local post office for more information on this matter.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes,
customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment
may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have
no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs
clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
